Digital Products

All digital products (including eBooks, downloads, templates, guides, and other digital content) are non-refundable and non-returnable once downloaded or accessed.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.


Physical Merchandise (Apparel & Products)

We accept returns on physical merchandise under the following conditions:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size sent)

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date

  • The item is returned in its original condition

Important:

  • Customers must contact us before returning any item.

  • The faulty or damaged product must be returned and received by us before a replacement is issued.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds:

We do not offer monetary refunds on merchandise purchases.

However, in certain circumstances, we may provide:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A store credit

Store credit decisions are made at our discretion.


Physical Books

Physical books may be returned only if they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date

  • The damaged or faulty book must be returned and received before a replacement is sent

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders made by the customer

  • Minor printing variations that do not affect readability

Refunds:

We do not offer monetary refunds on book purchases.

In approved cases, we may provide:

  • A replacement copy, or

  • Store credit (at our discretion)


Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

Store Credit

Where store credit is issued:
