All physical merchandise and books are fulfilled through trusted third-party production and shipping partners (dropshipping suppliers).

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after purchase.

Processing times may vary during:

  • Product launches

  • Sales periods

  • Public holidays

  • High-volume seasons

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping times begin after processing and vary depending on your location:

  • International: 7–21 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Multiple Shipments

Because products are fulfilled by different production partners, your order may:

  • Arrive in multiple packages

  • Arrive on different days

  • Be shipped from different locations

You will receive tracking details (where available) for each shipment.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product weight

  • Supplier rates

Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Natural disasters or global disruptions

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee changes once the order is in production

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with household members and neighbours

  • Contact your local postal service

  • Notify us within 7 days so we can assist

Replacement products may be issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping fees.

Access instructions are provided immediately after purchase via email.
